Xuong Font

Xuong Font

Xuong by Truong Nguyen Huy and Kotie Studio is a display typeface whose design concept reaches deep into the material culture of southern Vietnam. Its name and form derive from the “Xuồng Ba Lá” — a traditional small wooden boat used on the rivers of the Mekong Delta region, handcrafted from three planks of wood joined by curved wooden bars and propelled by hand-carved oars. The typeface was notably used in the Vietnamese TV show “Anh Trai Vuot Ngan Chong Gai” in 2024. Free for personal and commercial use.
