Both Frankpr and Mikimottes were interesting as were others. Another completely hand drawn site you may wish to consider is Caterwaul Studios. It’s a cartoon and illustration site (and please forgive me the shameful plug)!

I agree, illustr8, I LOVE this hand-drawn stuff…why has it just been getting popular now?
I just re-designed my drawing site in a unique hand-drawn layout – http://www.drawinghowtodraw.com/ – it is made from illustrated/hand-drawn, cut and ripped pieces of paper, that were then assembled, photographed, and then laid out as a web site … which then gives the site a 3-dimensional affect. I think your users would like to see it.
