Balbek Pro by Valentino Vergan is a modern condensed sans-serif typeface conceived as a versatile all-purpose display companion — neutral in aesthetic, natural in its condensed proportions, and quietly refined in execution. An evolution of the original Balbek typeface, the Pro version brings improved legibility, an expanded character set, and a comprehensive 9-weight family, each paired with an oblique. A variable version allows for real-time weight and slant adjustment, while a strong set of OpenType features — alternates, ligatures, and extended Latin and Cyrillic support — makes it adaptable across markets and design contexts.
