Ruska Font

Ruska Display is a free display typeface by Brazilian designer Bruno Ruscão, created initially as a study project and released openly as a gift to the design community. What makes it immediately appealing is its distinctive technical character: the letterforms are built around rounded corners and an abundance of inktraps — those deliberate notched cuts at stroke junctions originally used in small-print metal type to prevent ink from pooling and filling in.
Ruska Display is a delightful addition to our free fonts collection, from Rio de Janeiro-based brand designer Bruno Ruscão, whose studio Ruscão Brands specializes in creating authentic and memorable brand identities.
