Bolota Font
Bolota is a bold rounded sans-serif designed by Gabriel Pang of Pang Brands, a Brazilian design studio, and released under the SIL Open Font License in 2024. The name is the Portuguese word for acorn — a shape whose defining characteristic is a pleasing roundness contained within a confident, solid form — and the font reflects that thinking directly: letterforms are built on a sturdy weight with soft, rounded terminals and slightly irregular stroke construction that reads as warm and human rather than mechanical.
