Otomanopee Font

Otomanopee is a bold, manga-inspired Japanese open source sans-serif font created by Gutenberg Labo that bridges Eastern and Western typographic traditions in a single, richly populated character set. The font includes 240 Kanji glyphs covering the characters taught in the first and second grades of Japanese elementary school, alongside a full complement of Hiragana and Katakana scripts, plus 228 glyphs from the GF Latin Core Glyph Set — making it remarkably versatile for multilingual and cross-cultural design projects.

Otomanopee is a wonderful example of the diverse and culturally rich fonts available for free in our collection.
