Lipton Font

What Font is Lipton?
The Lipton Font used in the 2025 logo redesign is a custom-designed typeface crafted specifically for the brand refresh. The word-mark now features uppercase letterforms with softened ends, slightly curved angles, and a bold, friendly presence. For practical design work, the typeface Mahameru Bold is a very close match in style. While Mahameru is a premium font, we’ve also located a free alternative font that captures its clean, modern sans-serif aesthetic — perfect for recreating the refreshed Lipton look without licensing cost.

About Lipton
Lipton is a globally recognised tea brand founded in 1890. In 2025—its 135th anniversary—the company unveiled a major global rebrand combining its iconic red cartouche, a refreshed logotype, and the addition of a green leaf graphic to signal freshness and dynamism. The update was aimed at modernising the brand while staying true to its heritage, with a cleaner, more contemporary visual identity to appeal to new generations of tea drinkers.
